Q.When is the last date for online registration?
Ans: 11th Feb 2013 before 12:00 am ( Midnight )

Q.What is the time duration allotted for each participant?

Ans: 8 Minutes for presentation and 2 Minutes for Queries.

Q.What are the deadlines for submissions of abstracts and ppts?

Ans: Abstracts: 16 Feb 2013

        Ppts : 21 Feb 2013

Q. Where and to whom do I pay the registration fee?

Ans. You can pay the fee at the nearest nodal point to your residence. The nodal points shall be uploaded shortly.

Q. Are Non – Technical topics also allowed?

Ans. Yes, Non technical topics are also allowed but controversial issues shall not be entertained.

Q.What is the IEEE format for the Abstracts?

Q.Will transport be provided on the day of the event?
Ans : Yes, you can board any of the VBIT buses on the day of the event. All the bus details of the different buses shall be placed on the site soon.
