Rules and Regulations: The following Rules and Regulations are to
be followed.
• Maximum of two members per paper.
• Abstracts should be within a limit of 300
words and the body should consist of 2 columns.
• Each team will be given 10 minutes time; where
in 8 minutes will be for presentation and 2 minutes for queries.
• Decision of the judges will be final and any
appeal against it will NOT be entertained.
• Only the first year undergraduate students
are allowed to participate in the competition.
• Participants will have to carry their
identity cards and registration receipt.
• All the abstracts should be sent to the
mentioned mail address on or before specified date.
• The Abstract for the presentation should be
in IEEE format.
• No Videos or Music are allowed in the ppt’s.
• Any Indiscipline during the event by the
participants shall result in disqualification.
